Abstract
There are two main well-known aging set up models: The Village Model and Obviously developing Retirement Communities (NORCs). Villages and NORCs are generally non-profit businesses with|org a mixture of compensated staff and volunteers providing a variety of solutions including, but they are not restricted to: recommendations to house wellness agencies, social solutions, transport solutions, advice about home tasks, and academic tasks (Accius, 2010; NORC Blueprint, 2013).
